Our Focus

Our Focus

Turning ambition into infrastructure.

Turning ambition into infrastructure.

The work looks different every time. Our goals never change.

Level the uneven playing field.

Years of corporate consulting made the same gap visible every time. Women-owned businesses are chronically underserved by an industry not built for them. Not from lack of ambition. From lack of infrastructure. We built Marlowe Grey to close it.

Make enterprise thinking accessible.

Depth of analysis shouldn't depend on company size. Most models assume large teams, large budgets, and clean conditions. We apply the same thinking to businesses operating within real constraints.

Reject the pattern recognition playbook.

Funding, hiring, and growth expectations follow a narrow definition of what success looks like. We build the operational and financial foundation that lets a business perform on its own terms and hold up under scrutiny.

Implement until you're independent.

Plans look clean on paper. Most firms hand one over and call it done. We come into the business, work alongside your team, and don't close the engagement until the systems are running on their own.

Meet the women behind our work.

Eugenia Aulestia

Founder and CEO

Eugenia built her career across traditional consulting and the startup and SME space, earning an MBA from Ivey Business School and spending over a decade working inside businesses at every stage of growth. She has worked with over 50 businesses across healthcare, technology, real estate, retail, finance, and manufacturing, and has mentored more than 100 founders and operators along the way. She founded Marlowe Grey because the founders who need serious operational and financial support are rarely the ones the consulting industry was built to serve. That’s the problem she’s most interested in solving today.

Ellie Alvandi

Operations Consultant

With a background in computer engineering and an MBA, Ellie has worked across product, operations, and business strategy, bringing structure to growing businesses at every stage. She has supported over 40 startups across technology, marketplaces, and service-based industries, helping founders turn ideas into scalable operations. Her work has led to measurable results, including increased product revenue, improved retention, and multiple companies reaching investment readiness. She focuses on building the systems, processes, and clarity businesses need to scale sustainably without breaking what’s already working.

Ellen Mandala

Social Media & Office Ops

Ellen has been with Marlowe Grey since its inception, helping define both the company's voice and its operational rhythm. She built her career at the intersection of brand, digital execution, and operations, spending over a decade supporting the growth of social and professional media accounts. She has scaled platforms from inception to monetization, with a focus on content execution, platform management, and influencer partnerships. Alongside her digital work, she supports the operational backbone of the business, keeping things running smoothly day to day so the client work never slips.

Our Name

Marlowe Grey is not a real person.

Marlowe Grey is not a real person.

She's the role model we wish existed when we decided we wanted to build something ourselves. We learned early that being taken seriously had a cost. We calculated how we came across, softened our opinions, and perfected reading the room. We abandoned the version of us that showed up fully in favour of the version that fit the room, but never quite fit us.

By the time most of us are running a business, we've spent years figuring out how to be taken seriously on terms that weren't set by us, in rooms that weren't built for our thinking. Our LinkedIn profiles don't tell the full story. Our careers have asked us to be grateful for opportunities that cost us more than our time. That's the context most consultants don't account for, not because they're indifferent to it, but because they were never in it.

Marlowe Grey is who we were told we couldn't be and are anyway. She’s the perspective that drives our choices and represents how the work gets done.

“One of the most impactful decisions we’ve made for our business. In just a few short months, we conducted a thorough audit of our operations and finances, providing us with a level of clarity and structure we didn’t even realize we were missing.”
